How do I print my tickets?

First, for most events through Ticketleap, you don’t need to print your ticket. Ticketleap is designed to work beautifully on mobile devices. You can pull up through your email on your smartphone. This means no wasted paper or ink on a printed ticket. If you don't have a printer or a smartphone you should contact the event organizer and ask them what you should bring to check-in.

If the event organization requires a printed ticket or you don’t have a smartphone, you can still print your Ticketleap ticket.

Looking for a refund? You'll need to contact the event organizer.

Find the confirmation email from Ticketleap to download your tickets. To find the email search for "Your Ticket" or "Ticketleap Orders" in the inbox of the email address you used to purchase your ticket. Also take a look in your spam folder, it’s possible it ended up there. If you lost or never received your tickets you can have them re-sent to you. Once in the confirmation email, scroll down and click “Download Tickets.” You should see your downloaded ticket at the bottom of your browser.

I can’t find my downloaded tickets on my computer

When you click “Download Tickets” from the confirmation email a window may pop up asking you where you would like to save the file (your tickets). We suggest saving the file where you can easily locate it, like your Desktop. You can download your tickets as many times as you like so don’t fret if you made a mistake the first time. Once you find the file on your Desktop double click on it to open the PDF. From there you can print your tickets

If you’re still having trouble finding your downloaded file you can search for it within the Internet browser you are using. Follow the directions below for your Internet browser. Remember the filename is the event name followed by (dot)PDF.

Chrome - click the Customize and Control menu (icon with three horizontal lines) in the upper right corner of the browser, then click Downloads. This will open a list of everything recently downloaded from this browser.

Safari - Click View at the top of the screen and then Show Downloads. This will open a list of everything recently downloaded from this browser.

Internet Explorer - Click Tools (the wheel) in the top right corner of the browser, then click View Downloads. This will open a list of everything recently downloaded from this browser.

Firefox- in the top right corner of the browser click on the Downloads button, the button with an arrow pointing down. This will open a list of everything recently downloaded from this browser.

I can’t open the file on my computer

If you have found your tickets but can’t open the file it may be because you need a program like Adobe Reader installed on your computer because Ticketleap tickets are a PDF file. Once you open the file, it’s time to print!
