To request a refund you will need to contact the event organizer directly. Because Ticketleap is the ticketing system, not the event organizer, Ticketleap cannot refund or exchange tickets on behalf of the event organizer.
You can contact the event organizer through their Ticketleap event page. Go to the About tab and scroll to the bottom of the page. Then click the Email Us button. If you need help getting back to your event page, just use our event search and enter the name of your event.
If you have your confirmation email you may also contact the event organizer by accessing your receipt. To do this open your confirmation email and click on the Go here option for your receipt which can be found under your Ticket field.
From your receipt page scroll down to the Organization Info field and you'll see any public contact information the event organizer has listed and an Email Us option for you to access their contact form.
