How do I set up individual discount codes?

Individual discount codes are a great to way to offer discounts to specific people such as friends, family, sponsors, students, or social media fans. 

Click the Tools tab and select Discounts. 

 

Click on the Create A Discount button.

Select Discount for Individual Accounts and click Create Discount.  

Enter the email address of the patron you'd like to award the discount code to. Name your discount code, then select either percentage or dollar amount off the ticket price. Finally, you can pick whether you'd like to limit the uses of the code or let attendees use the discount code over and over again. Once you're finished filling out the details, click the Create Discount button at the bottom of the window.

The individual discount code will be emailed to the recipient. By following these instructions the recipient can easily redeem their individual discount codes.
