What are the fees associated with using Ticketleap?

There are two kinds of fees: ticketing fees and payment processing fees.

You may choose to either absorb both fees, or pass on those fees to your ticket buyers.

Online Ticketing Fees

• No fee for free events.

• No fee for onsite sales.

• 2% + $1 per ticket for online sales

• Special low ticketing fee for events with tickets $5 and below.

Payment Processing Fees

• There is a 3% credit card processing fee if you use Ticketleap Payments (4.5% for Canadian accounts).

• If you use PayPal, there are no Ticketleap credit card fees. However, PayPal credit card processing fees will apply and you must absorb those fees.

• If you use Authorize.net, there are no Ticketleap credit card fees. However, Authorize.net processing fees may be applied to you directly outside of Ticketleap. Your own merchant  processing fees may apply.

We set our fees as low as possible, therefore we currently do not offer special pricing for non-profit organizations.
