I use Paypal to sell tickets, but my buyers aren't receiving tickets

If a patron has not received their tickets right away there are two possible reasons. First PayPal is manually reviewing the transaction in order to help sellers avoid any risk of potential fraudulent activity. It can take anywhere from 24-48 hours for the order to be approved. Second, it's possible the buyer navigated away from the Ticketleap checkout at some point but then returned to PayPal to pay.

Either way, PayPal charges the buyer immediately but the Ticketleap system times out before PayPal finalizes the transaction. Therefore, tickets will not be generated.  Ticketleap will not put your event tickets in a hold and potentially prevent other sales.

We recommend that you manually book tickets for them with a 100% off discount code. You've already been paid for the tickets, so you'll be able to get the buyer's name and email address from the Paypal payment that was made. Please click here for instructions on how to use the built-in box office module to issue tickets.

Please reach out to PayPal directly for additional questions about their manual review process.
