How do I edit or add a URL for my virtual or online event?

Please note, this article is intended for events that have already been created and need to have their streaming URL updated. If you have not yet created your virtual event please visit here.

To edit or add your event's live streaming URL first, please visit the the event home click on the Details tab.

If your event has more than one date and time you need to select the date and time that you're editing or adding the URL for. To do that click on the dropdown arrow next to currently selected date and time and select the date and time you'll be editing. Please Note, if your event has more than one date and time you need to edit or add the URL individually for each date and time that you would like to update.

After you're on the correct date or if you only have one date for your event, click EDIT to the right of the Stream URL.  Enter the correct URL and click save. Please note that Zoom, Facebook, Youtube, Vimeo and Twitch are the only platforms supported through this integration.

Example URL formats accepted:

Zoom- https://yourname.zoom.us/x/3221516887

Facebook- https://www.facebook.com/83900655577/videos/38718958565043/

YouTube- https://youtu.be/Z0CJxp0D82

Vimeo- https://vimeo.com/389509769

Vimeo Livestream - https://livestream.com/accounts/23202872/events/7200883

Twitch - https://www.twitch.tv/fakeusername1033

Adding the URL will only place the link to the stream in future confirmation emails, it will not place it in confirmation emails that have already been sent for already placed orders. If you have existing orders already you may want to consider sending out an email blast with the URL in it or resending the confirmation emails to all previous purchasers.

After adding a streaming URL you should also consider hiding the event address.
