Ticket visibility is a setting that controls where a particular ticket type can be purchased. The possible options are:
- Everywhere: It can be purchased online by ticket buyers and sold in the box office.
- Web Only: It can be purchased online by ticket buyers but cannot be sold in the box office.
- Box Office Only: It can be sold in the box office but cannot be purchased online by ticket buyers.
- Nowhere: It cannot be purchased or sold anywhere.
To change your ticket visibility first go to the Events tab on your dashboard and then select Manage for the event you are editing. Then click the Details tab.
Then click the dropdown next to your current visibility setting and select the new visibility.
Please Note, if your event has more than one date and time you need to select the date and time that you're editing. To do that click on the dropdown arrow next to currently selected date and time and select the date and time you'll be editing. In addition, ticket visibility is set per ticket type per date and time so if you have the same ticket type across multiple dates and want to change it's visibility you need to update each date.
